Nhóm kênh là định nghĩa về các nguồn lưu lượng truy cập vào trang web của bạn dựa trên quy tắc, cho phép bạn theo dõi hiệu suất của tất cả các kênh lưu lượng truy cập vào trang web của mình. Analytics có một số nhóm kênh mặc định mà bạn có thể dùng để gắn thẻ URL trang đích của mình.
Khi chuyển đến Acquisition > Traffic acquisition, bạn sẽ thấy báo cáo đó được tổ chức theo mặc định – tức là theo Số người dùng theo Nguồn/phương tiện trong phiên theo thời gian. Hãy sử dụng trình đơn thả xuống Nguồn/phương tiện trong phiên (ở phía trên cùng bên trái của bảng) để thay đổi thứ nguyên chính thành “Phiên theo nhóm kênh mặc định” để xem dữ liệu của bạn. Dữ liệu này được tổ chức theo các nguồn lưu lượng truy cập phổ biến nhất (ví dụ: Tìm kiếm có trả tiền và Trực tiếp.)
Ngoài ra, bạn có thể nhấp vào biểu tượng Thêm [+] để chọn một thứ nguyên tùy chỉnh.
Các định nghĩa về kênh mặc định
Các định nghĩa sau đây phản ánh chế độ xem hiện tại của Analytics về những quy tắc tạo thành từng kênh. Các định nghĩa hiện tại bên dưới chỉ để bạn tham khảo và có thể đổi mới khi thị trường thay đổi.
Lưu ý: các định nghĩa về kênh không phân biệt chữ hoa chữ thường và không chỉnh sửa được.
